What are all the alternative earring options you have?

Aside from the default 925 Sterling Silver earring hooks that I use, there's also:
     ♥  Closed Clasps: Used for gauged ears or extra security so you don't lose
                                    your earrings; made with hypoallergenic, stainless steel.
     ♥  Clip Ons: Used for non-pierced ears or those with metal allergies, with a
                          screw type lever on the back to adjust to your preferred lobe
                          pressure; made with hypoallergenic, stainless steel.
     ♥  Ear Cuffs: Used for non-pierced ears, those with metal allergies, and those
                           who don't like any weight dangling from their ears. They go
                           around the back of your ear and hang like a hook from the top of
                           your ear, alleviating any pressure from your lobes.

I haven't received an email with my tracking number yet. Where's my package?

Orders take about 10-14 days to ship out unless otherwise noted on the Shipping Information page. If it has been past 14 days and you still have not received a tracking number, please e-mail me at info@poppastel.com so I can help you out with that :) 

 

What metal do you use for the earrings?

My earring hooks are made with 925 Sterling Silver, which you will see stamped on the side of each hook. My studs are made with hypoallergenic, stainless steel to make sure that your ears don't get irritated.

 

Is your jewelry handmade?

Yes it is! Mostly everything in my shop except for the apparel, stickers, and plushies. I design everything in the shop, but the jewelry is cut at home with a laser cutter, and then painted, glued, etc and put together just for you :) Everything ordered is Made-To-Order that way you're able to customize the colors you'd like and have it perfectly match your taste ♥ 

 

Do you have 925 Sterling Silver earring hooks?

Yes! That is the default option when choosing the Ear Wire option.

 

Are the earrings heavy?

Not at all! Our earrings are super light weight and usually weigh less than half an ounce

 

I have an idea for some earrings I'd like, can I order custom earrings from you?

Of course! Just fill out my Custom Orders sheet located in the home page header and we'll work on it with you :)

 

Do you accept returns or exchanges on your items?

All items are final sale. Unfortunately we do not allow returns or exchanges at this time.
