      • We will send U.S. orders by USPS Ground Advantage and International orders through USPS International Mail

      • We recommend getting the added insurance (especially to international customers!) in case your package gets lost in the mail. Otherwise we are not held responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. 
      • Please double check that you have provided the correct and complete address. If USPS has to send back any packages because of an incomplete address, well be happy to resend it, but you will need to pay for shipping again. And as a refresher,  our shop doesn't do refunds, returns, or exchanges, just so we're on the same page. Thanks for understanding!

      If you think your package will need extra protection…

      Choose Shipping with Insurance as your shipping method. This means your order will be eligible for replacement if the package is deemed lost or damaged by USPS.

      Just a friendly heads up – if you go with a shipping option without insurance, unfortunately, we won't be able to offer refunds or replacements for your package. 🙅‍♂️ So, if your package goes MIA or shows up as delivered but doesn't make it to your hands, I won't be able to fix that. 📭

      I just wanted to clarify that I'm not USPS, I'm just one person running this small business. Once I send your order off, it's really out of my control.

      I totally get it, we all want that Amazon or Target-level service, right? 😄 But here's the deal: I can't cover the extra labor, time, materials, shipping costs, and the stress of remaking uninsured orders for free, or do refunds out of my own pocket. It's just me here, trying to make things as affordable as possible for you.

      So, I'd really appreciate it if you could consider adding the $2 insurance. It helps keep things smooth for both of us, and I'm sure you'll love your purchase! Thanks so much for your understanding. 🙏
